Refunds

For any unopened product(s) returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, you have the option of a full refund or for ‘store credit’ equal to the purchase price.

Your refund will be applied back in the same manner in which you initially paid. Once approved, your refund will be credited to you between 48-72 hours.

Returns

Unopened, damaged or defective product(s) may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Exchanges

You may exchange any unopened product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any difference in cost will be paid by, or refunded to, you.

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable, except in the event LPT.com has made a shipping error, or the item was received damaged and/or defective. The customer is responsible for shipping charges related to the return of any non-damaged or non-defective products.

Re-stocking Fees

Non-damaged or non-defective returned product(s) might be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
